Steps:
1. First, prepare a big pot, and put crabs and 45-degree warm water in it. The height of water should not exceed that of crabs. After that, turn the crabs over one by one, with their stomachs up. When the crabs turn over automatically, they have already drunk enough hot water and choked. This can effectively prevent being caught by crabs.
2. Then, take out the toothbrush prepared in advance, grasp both sides of the hairy crab with your hands, and then clean the crab's back, abdomen and mouth with your toothbrush. ?
3. After that, clean the sides of the hairy crab and the roots of the feet and pliers with a brush. If the crab is dirty, you can repeat steps 2 and 3 for several times.
The next step is the most crucial step. Grasp the crab's pincers as shown below (lift the pincers' joints from bottom to top with the toothbrush handle, and grasp the crab's pincers along the pincers with the crab's thumb and forefinger). Open the belly cover of the crab and squeeze out the excrement in the middle.
5. Finally, clean the belly cover and crab claws of hairy crabs with a toothbrush, and then rinse them with running water.
6. Put the washed crab into a basin filled with clear water, and then soak the crab in it for about ten minutes. Then take it out of the basin and rinse it again with water, so that the dirty water brought in when washing crabs can be washed away.
