Boiling system This system uses high temperature and high pressure steam generated by steam generator to boil raw soybean milk produced by pulping system to mature soybean milk.
Boiling pot: Soymilk ground by the refiner automatically flows into the boiling pot. After pulping, cover the lid of the cooking pot to boil the pulp (the lid must be tightly covered and rotated clockwise to the end. After the pulp is cooked, it will be discharged through the exhaust valve of the lid. Always check and clean the safety valve on the cover before and after work. To ensure the safety valve is normal, do not open the cover during boiling to avoid steam burns.
Boiling pot water filling valve: This valve is located above the boiling pot. According to the actual work needs, you can open this valve and directly add water to raw soybean milk to adjust the concentration of soybean milk. In addition, after the work, you can directly add water to the boiling pot for cleaning.
Drain valve: This valve is directly connected to the pulp boiling pot. When this valve is opened, the waste water in the pulp boiling pot can be discharged.
Slurry discharge valve and slurry receiving barrel: when the slurry boils to 100- 105℃, put the slurry receiving barrel under the slurry discharge valve and open the slurry discharge valve to discharge the slurry.
