How high does the food in restaurants need to be off the ground?
According to the different food, the storage standards are different.
For example, meat, every restaurant will buy 3-5 days' stock of meat and store it in the freezer.
if it is aquatic products such as live fish, it should be put in the water tray and used up the same day.
if it is fresh vegetables and fruits, it should be placed on a shelf about one meter above the ground, well ventilated, and used up on the same day to keep it fresh.
if it is grain, it should be placed at a height of more than half a meter from the ground, and it should be well ventilated to prevent insects.
if it is oil, wine, various bottles or other packaged seasonings, it should be placed on a shelf more than 1 cm above the ground.
