In 1993[1], Wang Qincang (father of Wang Gang, the current chairman of the board of directors of One Plus One Natural Flour) started a very small flour mill in his own home, named Hengyang Flour Mill, with a production capacity of 15 tons per day. This was the predecessor of One Plus One Natural Flour. [1]

In 2002, after graduating from college, Wang Gang took over his father's job and became the new general manager of Hengyang Flour Mill.
