the topic of graduation thesis, as the name implies, is to choose the topic of graduation thesis. The following is a template of the reasons for choosing a topic for my graduation thesis, which I hope will help you.
graduation thesis topic reason template
first of all, the topic is different from the topic. A subject usually refers to a major scientific research project in a certain discipline, and its research scope is much larger than the topic. For example, the construction of socialist spiritual civilization is a big topic, including many topics, such as the position and function of spiritual civilization, the content and characteristics of spiritual civilization, the relationship between spiritual civilization and material civilization, the development of culture, education and science in spiritual civilization, the construction of ideology and morality, and so on.
secondly, the topic is different from the topic. Topic refers to the title of the paper, and its research scope is generally smaller than the topic. For example, if the topic selected by the author is the study of ideological and political work in enterprises, he can choose many specific topics to write his thesis: Characteristics of Ideological and Political Work in Enterprises in the New Period, Construction of Party Organizations in Foreign-funded Enterprises, and so on.
Correct and appropriate topic selection is of great significance for writing graduation thesis. By selecting the topic, we can generally see the author's research direction and academic level. Einstein once said that in the face of science, Asking questions is often more important than solving them? . Asking questions is the first step to solve the problem. Choosing the right topic is equivalent to completing half of the paper writing. Choosing a good topic can play a multiplier role.
1. The topic selection can determine the value and utility of the graduation thesis. The achievement and value of the graduation thesis will of course be evaluated by the final completion and objective utility of the article. But the topic selection plays an important role in it. Choosing a topic is not only a process of setting a topic for the article and simply defining a scope, but also a process of preliminary scientific research. Choosing a good topic requires the author's efforts of thinking in many ways, comparing with each other, deliberating repeatedly and carefully planning. Once the topic is selected, it shows that the outline of the paper has been roughly formed in the author's mind. As the famous Chinese philosopher Zhang Shiying said: It is not easy to ask decent questions, but it is very important. It is not easy to say it, because the question itself needs to be studied; It is impossible for a person who does not study a certain line to ask questions about a certain line. It is precisely because it takes a research process to put forward a decent question, so we can also say that the question has been put forward in a decent way, and the content and value of this paper are somewhat. This is the importance of choosing a topic. ?
the topic of the paper is meaningful, and the written paper is valuable. If the selected topic is meaningless, even if a lot of effort is spent, the structure and language of the article are good, and there will be no positive effect and function.
A good graduation thesis topic can make a basic estimate of the article in advance. This is because, before determining the topic, the author always contacts, collects, sorts out and studies a lot of materials, and determines his research direction from the analysis and selection of materials until the topic is set. In this research process, the object reflected in objective things or materials constantly collides with the author's thinking movement, resulting in * * * sound. It is in this contradictory movement of unity of opposites that the author has a spark and leap in understanding. This leap must contain reasonable elements, or their own unique views, or deepening the existing conclusions, or refuting different views, and so on.
In short, this leap and ideological spark is an important ideological foundation for the graduation thesis that will be written by hand. In his work practice, he deeply realized that leading cadres hold different positions, and their jobs should change frequently. The jurisdiction of township work is not large, but? Although the sparrow is small, it has all the organs? , a needle above, a thread below, everything should be managed. As the leader of the county government departments, although the function is relatively simple, the line is long and the scope is wide. As the main leader, how to effectively lead the work of the region and the department, there is a scientific leadership method and leadership art problem here.

analysis of the topic selection of master's thesis
Abstract: Master's thesis is a way to test the academic level and scientific research ability of graduate students, and it plays an important role in evaluating whether students are qualified or not. Thesis writing begins with the topic selection, which is a very important link in the process of thesis writing. Based on the summary of 57 papers on landscape planning and design in the School of Architecture of Xi 'an University of Architecture and Technology in recent five years, this paper summarizes the characteristics and trends, analyzes the reasons and puts forward some suggestions, which can provide reference for teachers, students and related researchers in selecting topics.
Keywords: master's degree thesis, topic selection, landscape planning and design major
1 Introduction
Topic selection is the process that the author chooses the research object and determines the method to obtain the research results, and it is also the process of finding problems and asking questions [1]. Dissertation writing is not as simple as ordinary proposition composition writing. ? Write what? Putting forward a question worth studying is the key first step in writing a dissertation. Therefore, the motivation of choosing the topic of the thesis lies in finding the problem, because finding the problem can lead to the topic and finding the research goal. Generally speaking, the topic selection is an important weight for the quality and quantity of dissertations.
2 Multi-angle quantitative analysis
This paper collects 57 master's degree theses on landscape planning and design from the School of Architecture of Xi 'an University of Architecture and Technology from 2114 to 2118. The data of master's dissertations used in statistical analysis mainly come from the dissertations database of Xi 'an University of Architecture and Technology, the excellent master's dissertations database of China and the text data collection of the library.
2.1 Analysis of the change of the number of papers
Landscape planning and design has always belonged to the category of urban planning. Before 2118, there were not many articles on landscape, only the student papers of individual tutors involved in landscape planning, so there were probably 57 articles counted in the past five years. The papers on landscape planning and design developed linearly. 2114 and 2118 are the two years with the largest number of papers in these five years. During the five-year development, the number of papers in 2116 reached a small peak, which increased by nearly half compared with that in 2115 and 2117.
2.2 The number of papers counted according to the research type
The basis of classification according to the research type refers to the aspects involved in the research or the types of other objects. The research types suitable for landscape planning and design can be divided into the research scope involved in this paper, such as Xi 'an cultural city, small watershed of the Yellow River Plateau, a scenic spot and so on. There are 8 kinds of objects involved in the thesis, and with the increase of the years, the number of papers involved in all aspects of the study has increased, especially the number of papers related to cities (famous cultural cities), scenic spots and corridors is the most concentrated; Secondly, there are a certain number of papers about squares, residential quarters and gardens. The research with the least number of papers involves small watersheds and university campuses in the Loess Plateau. With the development of landscape planning discipline, the research scope is gradually expanding, and the research types of dissertation are also increasing.
2.3 The number of papers counted by research elements
The basis for dividing by research elements is the constituent elements of the selected research object or other relevant basic units. Papers on landscape planning and design can be divided into more than ten elements according to landscape elements, such as spatial form research, habitat creation, landscape design techniques, ecological landscape research and so on.
according to the statistics of research elements, there are too many elements involved in the paper, with a total of ***17 kinds. With the increase of time, the range of elements contained in the paper is wider and wider, which shows that people pay more and more attention to the study of landscape. The research object of this paper mainly focuses on the study of spatial form, accounting for 1.8% of the total number of papers, and there are 11 papers in this field.
2.4 the number of papers according to the distribution area of the research object
The basis for dividing the relevant distribution areas according to the research refers to the geographical distribution or location distribution of the research object. The geographical distribution of the research objects in the landscape planning and design papers can be divided into 14 regions, such as Xi 'an, Huashan Scenic Area, Yellow River Plateau and small and medium-sized towns in northwest China. The research objects in this paper are widely distributed. The research object of this paper is mostly concentrated in Xi 'an, accounting for 36%. The main reason is that there are many documents about Xi 'an, which are easy to consult, travel and field research. Followed by small and medium-sized towns in the northwest, and then Yan' an.
3 Conclusion
Based on the analysis of 57 master's theses on landscape planning and design in Xi 'an University of Architecture and Technology in recent five years, the following three laws are summarized:
(1) The number of theses is increasing year by year, covering a wide range. (2) From the analysis of the paper, it can be seen that the paper is slightly biased towards theoretical research and should be combined with specific projects. (3) Lack of interdisciplinary papers, which only talk about landscape planning, and lack of integration with architecture and urban planning.
in addition, in view of the results of topic analysis, some suggestions are put forward, which should be followed? One big and three small? The principle of.
what is the big principle? Make a mountain out of a molehill Choose a smaller topic, grasp its main points, go deep into the essence and core, and study it from multiple angles and levels, so that you can explain your new views, new insights and new ideas reasonably. In addition to following the general principles, the topic selection of the paper should follow three small principles: first, the principle of objectivity, second, the principle of innovation, and third, the principle of feasibility.
