Ingredients: 4-6 potatoes, salad oil in a small pot.
1. Slice potatoes (peeling is also acceptable). If the knife skill is not ideal, you can slice them with a melon processor or planer, rinse them with cold water several times, wash off the starch, add a little white vinegar or lemon juice, soak them for 3-5 minutes, pick them up and soak them in clean cold water 15-30 minutes. 2. Absorb potatoes with kitchen paper or clean towels. 3, put oil in the pot, 50% hot, put potato chips. If the oil is too hot, turn off the fire. If the oil is not too hot, fry until golden on both sides and filter.

Ingredients: potato 1, black pepper, curry powder.
1. Peel potatoes, wash them, cut them into thin slices (about 2MM thick), and soak them in clear water for ten minutes. 2. Put the potato chips on the kitchen paper to dry the water. 3. Put it on the turntable and plate of the microwave oven. Sprinkle some curry powder or black pepper. 4. Put it in the microwave oven. Fire for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, take it out and turn it over and heat it for 4 minutes.
