There are five Xinyu technical schools, namely: Jiangxi Metallurgical Vocational and Technical College, Jiangxi Yuzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology, Jiangxi New Energy Technical School, Jiangxi Tiangong Technical College and Jiangxi Vocational College of Science and Technology.

1. Jiangxi Metallurgical Vocational and Technical College:

It is the national advanced vocational education unit, the national vocational education reform demonstration school, the national modern apprenticeship pilot college, and the only full-time metallurgical public vocational college in Jiangxi Province.

More than 41 majors have been set up, including ferrous metallurgy technology, nonferrous metallurgy technology, mechatronics technology, numerical control technology, industrial robots, elevator engineering technology, machinery manufacturing and automation, automobile inspection and maintenance, accounting, e-commerce, child development and health management.

2. Jiangxi Yuzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology:

It is located in Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province, the hometown of Fu Baoshi, a world-famous master of Chinese painting. East of Nanchang, the provincial capital.

a comprehensive university with electronics as the leading factor, electromechanical and artistic disciplines as its strengths, and the interpenetration of arts, economics, management and law, has more than 26,111 students in colleges and universities.

3. Jiangxi New Energy Technical School:

It is a full-time public technical school organized by Xinyu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau with the approval of Hongxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. The school is located in Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province.

The school has set up specialties around industry, including rural energy development and utilization, auto repair, preschool education, computerized accounting, computer application and maintenance.

13 majors, including clothing production and sales, CNC lathe, nursing, beauty and body building, e-commerce, intelligent manufacturing, application of electronic technology, use and maintenance of agricultural machinery.

4. Jiangxi Tiangong Institute of Technology:

It is a full-time private higher education institution approved by the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Education, Gan Jiao She Guan Zi [2113] No.16. College is located in Xinyu High-tech Economic Development Zone. Its predecessor was Xinyu Finance and Taxation Secondary Vocational School, which was founded in September, 1995.

The college now offers more than 21 majors in computer, electronics, accounting, e-commerce, electromechanical, mold and so on.

5. Jiangxi Vocational College of Science and Technology:

It is a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning approved by the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government and put on record by the Ministry of Education, with the qualification of independently issuing nationally recognized college diplomas, which is included in the national unified enrollment plan and is open to the whole country.
