(1) Negotiate with the restaurant;
(2) If negotiation fails, you may request the consumers' association for mediation;
(3) to appeal to the relevant administrative organs, including the health department and the industrial and commercial department;
(4) Bring a lawsuit to the people's court where the restaurant is located.
The scope that consumers can claim compensation includes:
(1) Medical expenses, nutrition expenses, lost time, transportation expenses, etc.
(2) If disability is caused as a result, it shall pay the cost of self-help appliances, living allowance, disability compensation and the necessary living expenses of the dependents;
(3) If death is caused, funeral expenses, death compensation and living expenses necessary for the dependents of the deceased shall be paid;
