if a consumer can't collect data, first check whether the IC card consumer is turned on. If there are multiple consumers connected in the system and all of them are turned on, and other machines can collect data, if this consumer can't collect data, you need to check whether the data interface cable of this consumer is in poor contact, and then collect it again after plugging it in again. If it is normal, it proves that the connector is loose. If it still can't collect, it proves that the consumer has a hardware failure and needs to notify our company for handling.

This situation that all machines in the system can't collect data is generally caused by the abnormal operation of serial ports. Because the IC card consumer management system needs to occupy at least two or more serial ports, we have installed a USB-to-232 serial port line in the system, and the serial port line may not be found when the system is unstable. In this case, we need to unplug the serial port line and plug it in again, so that the system can recognize the serial port again. Generally, the USB-to-232 serial port turns out to be COM3 or COM4. You can see the installed port COM3 in the computer hardware device manager, and then open the software to collect data again.
