Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, located in Minhang District, Shanghai, China, is a special station, belonging to China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd., which started construction on July 20th, 2008 and was put into use on July 1 2065438.
The northern end of Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station is connected with Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and Shanghai high-speed railway, and the southern end is connected with Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway and Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo passenger dedicated line. It is a part of Shanghai Hongqiao comprehensive transportation hub and the most important and largest railway passenger transport hub in East China.
The main lines of Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station are Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, Shanghai-Han Rong high-speed railway, Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo passenger dedicated line and Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway.
Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station is located at the intersection of Beijing-Shanghai and Shanghai-Kunming railway trunk lines. 1, self-service ticket purchase
Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station has set up self-service equipment such as self-service ticket vending machine, automatic ticket checking system and automatic guidance system. Self-service ticket vending machines 167 sets (both 1F and 2F have self-service ticket vending machines and manual service windows), and there are 196 ticket gates at the entrance and exit, including 126 entrance tickets and 70 exit tickets. Five minutes before the train leaves, the ticket gate stops checking tickets.
There are 10 manual ticket office and 154 manual ticket window around the waiting hall of the station. Window 32 of ticket office No.4, window 72 of ticket office No.8 and window 89 of ticket office No.9 are special windows for student tickets.
2. Public security certification
If a passenger's ID card is lost or forgotten, he can apply for temporary identification at the railway police ID card making port at the station. The two public security certificate-making ports of this station are located at window 25 of the fourth ticket office on the B 1 floor and window 77 of the ninth ticket office on the 2F floor respectively.

4. Commercial facilities
The commercial facilities in the transfer corridor and waiting hall are delicious noodles, Yonghe King, Auntie Dumplings, Kung Fu, KFC and other restaurants and ICBC outlets.
5. Smoking room
Since 20 16, 16125, all indoor smoking rooms in Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station have been demolished, and there are no smoking appliances in the station.
