In order to ensure the safety, happiness and tranquility of the general public, the new epidemic control policy is adjusted as follows, and the notice is as follows:

1. advocate unnecessary non-mobility. Newcomers from low-risk areas outside the province and employees in key industries in the province must report to the destination community and unit three days in advance with negative nucleic acid test certificates within 48 hours, and conduct a nucleic acid test as soon as they enter the new area. The family health monitoring of those with negative test results was 14 days.

2. Newcomers from overseas must report to their communities three days in advance, truthfully inform them of personal information, health status, arrival of new vehicles and other specific information, and actively cooperate with the completion of epidemic prevention and control measures such as "point-to-point" transshipment, nucleic acid detection and health screening. Those who have completed 2 1 day centralized isolation medical observation at the first entry point will be subject to "7'+2'" measures, that is, they will receive 7 days of home isolation medical observation after returning to China, and then they will be tested twice for nucleic acid. Those who have completed centralized isolation medical observation for 14 days at the first entry point will be implemented with "7+7'+2'" measures after returning to the new site, that is, centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days, home isolation medical observation for 7 days, and nucleic acid detection for 2 times after the end of home isolation medical observation.

3. People in high-risk areas are strictly restricted from traveling. For new personnel who really need to come from middle and high-risk areas, they must provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and implement the "14+7" measure, that is, 14 days of centralized isolation medical observation and 7 days of home health monitoring.

4. Announce the newly infected persons in the counties and cities where the high-risk areas are located, and report to the destination communities and units three days in advance. Upon arrival, you must carry a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and implement 7 days of home isolation medical observation and 7 days of home health monitoring. During the family health monitoring, 1 nucleic acid was detected on the second day and the seventh day respectively; Recruits in other counties and cities in the city who have announced the newly infected local people, but have not designated the middle and high-risk areas for the time being, should report to the destination community and unit three days in advance, bring negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours upon arrival, and implement 14-day home health monitoring measures. 5. Home isolation medical observers require separate rooms and toilets, live and eat alone, and are not allowed to leave the living room. Don't go out or participate in assembly activities unless necessary. When going out, you should report to the community, do a good job of personal protection, and do not take public transport.

6. The general public should actively cooperate with the implementation of prevention and control measures, and do not go to medium and high-risk areas and cities where local epidemics occur unless necessary. If there is a trip related to the epidemic, it should be reported to the community and unit in time.

7. Those who deliberately conceal or lie about the living history or case contact history of key risk areas to avoid epidemic prevention and control measures will be seriously investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
