2. written test. Applicants who meet the registration requirements take the written test. When the number of people who take the written test for each position is less than 3 times of the number of recruitment positions, the number of recruitment positions will be reduced or the recruitment plan will be cancelled as appropriate. 3. Interview. The written test scores of each position are from high to low, and the interviewers are determined according to the ratio of recruitment plans 1:3. The last written test score, the same score into the interview; Interview score 100, accounting for 40% of the total score; Pass the interview and score 60 points. Those who fail the interview are not included in the physical examination and inspection scope.
4. Determine the medical examiner. According to the total score (two decimal places are reserved), from high score to low score, the physical examination personnel are determined according to the ratio of the number of recruitment plans 1: 1.2 (if the total score is equal, all the personnel with equal scores will enter the physical examination).
5. Inspection and employment. (1) Those who pass the physical examination will be investigated according to the proportion of high score and low score (1: 1) (if the final scores are equal, the person with the highest written test score will be determined as the object of investigation; If the written test and interview results are equal, the written test must be added. (2) Those who pass the inspection will be hired. (3) Those who fail to pass the inspection and those who voluntarily give up during the inspection will be replenished in turn among those who pass the medical examination according to their grades. (4) The personnel to be hired shall go through the employment formalities according to the prescribed procedures within the prescribed time limit, and will automatically give up after the deadline, and the vacant positions will be filled according to the normal employment procedures.
