3. The startup mode of the device can be divided into automatic startup and remote manual startup.
(1) When there is a fire in the oil pan in the kitchen, if there is no staff at the scene and the fire reaches the melting temperature of the temperature sensor, the equipment will automatically start the fire extinguishing;
Automatic start: Fire fighting equipment is in automatic state after installation and debugging. The oil pan in the kitchen caught fire and the fire quickly increased. When the temperature detector fixed on the oil fume hood reaches the melting temperature (183℃), it will automatically close, start the control valve, and spray the fire extinguishing agent by driving the gas cylinder. After the fire extinguishing agent is sprayed out, the water flow valve automatically opens to spray water to cool down and prevent secondary ignition.
(2) When a fire breaks out, there are staff at the scene, and the staff can start the manual starting device to put out the fire and put it out in the bud.
Manual starting: This device is equipped with a set of remote manual starting device. When the oil pan in the kitchen started to catch fire, the fire was too small to reach the melting temperature of the temperature detector. When the kitchen staff found it, they could remotely start the device, pull out the safety pin and pull out the pull-ring starter according to the instructions on the device, and put out the fire in the bud.
4. When the chef cooks normally, the cooker should leave the stove and turn down the fire to avoid baking the temperature detector directly.
5. After the equipment is started, clean the food and cookware with the detergent commonly used in the kitchen.
6. After the equipment is started, the manufacturer shall be informed in time to restore the equipment.
