Newest rules for notification of entry and exit from Dalian Wafangdian

1. Entry:

Implementation of "7 days of centralized isolation for medical observation + 3 days of home health monitoring (home health monitoring of the person and his/her co-residents)" management measures on the entry of the person from the city. 2.Domestic Personnel (Policy Source: "Dalian Epidemic Prevention and Control Travel Policy" issued by Dalian New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Command Office, June 30th, 2022):

I. The policy is to conduct 7-day centralized isolation medical observation for people with a 7-day travel history in high-risk areas, and to conduct nucleic acid tests on each of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 7th days of centralized isolation medical observation, with the period of management counting from the time of leaving the risk area.

Second, for those who have a 7-day history of living in the medium-risk area, home isolation medical observation will be conducted for 7 days, and nucleic acid testing will be conducted once on each of the 1st, 4th, and 7th days of the home isolation medical observation, and the period of management will be counted from the time of leaving the risk area.

Third, for people with a history of 7-day travel in low-risk areas, two nucleic acid tests will be completed within three days, and health monitoring will be done.

Special reminder:

1, according to the August 19th Dalian CDC reminder, please have a history of living in foreign provinces and cities and through the highway to (return) Lian citizens, tourists, business and other people, especially within 7 days of the epidemic in the place of self-driving back to Lian, should be ahead of time through the "LiaoZhitong-e Dalian When arriving in Lian, please bring proof of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and you need to take a free landing nucleic acid test at the transportation hub in Lian, and take another nucleic acid test on the third day after arriving in Lian.

2. According to the reminder of Dalian Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism on August 9, tourists from outside the region need to show the negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours when they stay in hotels and lodgings, and they need to show the negative proof of nucleic acid test within 3 days when they enter scenic spots.

According to the latest reminder issued by Dalian CDC on July 12, all persons coming (returning) to Dalian should report in advance by logging into the "eDalian" APP, or scanning the QR code of "Self-reporting by persons coming to Dalian" at each port of entry to complete the reporting. Those who have a history of residing in cities and counties where high, medium or low risk areas are located within 7 days should carry a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate; those who have been released from quarantine after entering a foreign country and are coming back to Lian immediately should carry a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours.

3.Reporting:

People who are coming to (returning to) Lian should download the "LiaoZhitong" APP, search for "LiaoZhitong" on the WeChat app or scan the "Dalian Channel". Dalian Channel", or scan the QR code of "Self-Reporting by Personnel Coming to Lian", log in and fill in the relevant information to complete the self-reporting.

4. Disciplinary action

The inbound and outbound personnel will be required to make health declarations and report their travel history.
