2, Fenhe IV Park (free)
Fenhe Park is the largest and most centralized public **** green space playground in Taiyuan. Spanning the entire downtown area, it has an excellent geographical advantage. Citizens from both the north and south of the city can enjoy their own Fenhe River scenery not far from their homes.
The Fen River Phase IV Wetland Park is located in the Jiancaoping District of Taiyuan. It is about 10 kilometers long, starting from Shanglan Fenhe Shuiman Bridge in the north and ending 500 meters north of Chaicun Bridge in the south.
Walking on the Shan Shui Avenue, the water is divided, and green plants cover and sway the bank. Fuxing Pavilion, Folding Pavilion, Xuanci Pavilion, Hanmo Garden, Dan Pavilion, Wang Yue Pavilion, Frost Red Pavilion and so on. All dotted between the green hills and blue water, as if in the north and south of the Yangtze River.
3, Xiangyun Park (free)
Original planning site for the Star River Bay Golf Course, is now Taiyuan Xiangyun Park, free to the people of Taiyuan. There is a large lawn where you can play barefoot.
4, Fenhe Second Reservoir
Fenhe Second Reservoir is an excellent place for barbecue. The open and flat sandy beach on the north bank seems to be specially prepared for barbecue. Fishing here is usually not empty-handed. If you are lucky, the fish will bite you soon. With the fresh smell of grass, gurgling water and delicious self-fishing, this completely self-service barbecue is simply memorable.
Tips
Fishing: Fishing for flower and white lily fish is prohibited in the reservoir, and fishing is not allowed near the sluice gates. The fishing garden on the north shore is open all day and basically releases fish every Saturday.
Barbecue: barbecue tools provided by themselves, there are places around the bridge to provide barbecue.
Driving Route: Take the exit of Chaicun Bridge on Binhe East Road and go west to Huyan Village, follow the road dedicated to the Second Reservoir to the west and turn right when you see the sign for the Second Reservoir of the Fen River.
Warm tips:
1. Some fishing parks rent fishing rods, but do not provide fish food. If you want to fish, it is best to bring some of their own;
2. If the barbecue north bank is better, as soon as you enter the reservoir, turn right into the river bank, the first, do not have to face the scorching sun, the north bank of the slope is more gentle, set up the oven, the dishes are very convenient.
