Internal control requirements for cashier work:

(4) Cashiers should be separated from those who examine and approve monetary funds, and a strict examination and approval system should be implemented.

(5) The receipt and payment of monetary funds and the special seal for the management of receipt and payment of monetary funds shall not be managed by one person. That is, the cashier shall not keep the special corporate financial seal dedicated to the receipt and payment of monetary funds.

(6) Cashiers should be separated from monetary fund auditors and accounting file keepers.

(7) Cashiers should be separated from those responsible for cash inspection and bank reconciliation.

(8) Establish a responsibility system for cashiers, custodians of special seals, custodians of accounting, auditing and accounting files, and auditors of monetary funds.
