The Food Inspection Laboratory currently has a testing capacity of 177 items, equipped with liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, atomic fluorescence instrument, ultraviolet spectrophotometer, liquid mass spectrometer, gas phase mass spectrometer and other high-precision food testing and analytical instruments and equipment. The range of sample testing capacity covers rice, edible oil, drinking water, meat and meat products, fruits and vegetables, milk powder, beverages, packaged food, food service utensils, etc. The testing items include mycotoxins, food additives, pesticide residues, nutrient analysis, hazardous components analysis, elemental analysis, traits and hygiene indicators, etc. We are able to cope with the current food safety testing areas such as lead, cadmium and other elemental analysis of rice, aflatoxin analysis of edible oil, fruit and vegetable testing. In the field of food safety testing in the analysis of lead, cadmium and other elements in rice, edible oil, aflatoxin analysis, pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables, analysis of health indicators such as pastries, beverages and packaged foods in the analysis of preservatives and synthetic colorants and other food additives, such as the analysis of the focus of food safety testing tasks.
