5. Other agreements:
1. The house is funded by Party B, and Party B will build it by itself. Party B will be fully responsible for the materials and personnel safety entering the site, and all materials entering the site must conform to the regular qualified products. If unqualified products appear, Party A has the right to ask to be removed from the site. If construction is required, Party B will provide relevant information by itself. Where the householder needs to provide relevant procedures for the commencement of construction, Party A shall provide them by itself. Party A is responsible for connecting construction water and electricity, coordinating the relations between neighbors and communities, and ensuring smooth transportation.
2. During the period of building, both parties shall supervise the quality of building materials and projects, and manage the materials on site. Party B shall be specifically responsible for construction safety and other related matters, and the contractor shall bear all safety responsibilities. In order to ensure the smooth start of the project, Party B shall pay a deposit of 51,111 yuan (fifty thousand yuan) to Party A after Party A signs the agreement, and return it to Party B when the house is built to the second floor.
3. The walkways, stairwells and facilities used by * * * are jointly owned by both parties. Neither party is allowed to occupy or affect the other party's right to pass and use. If it is necessary to occupy, the other party's written consent is required. 5. During the use of the house, the installation expenses of water, electricity, gas, communication and cable TV shall be borne by 51% each, and other floors shall be handled according to the principle that they are used by themselves and have nothing to do with each other. 7. If Party A is suspected of deliberately delaying or maliciously refusing to cooperate with the handling, Party B has the right to request Party A to handle it within the specified time limit or make a written statement on the rights and interests of the homestead and the attachments on the ground according to the terms of the agreement. If Party A intentionally refuses to handle relevant property rights certificates or declare in writing the rights and interests of the homestead and the above-ground attachments, it shall be liable for breach of contract in accordance with Article 11 of the agreement, and the provisions of the agreement concerning the distribution principle, ownership, use right, disposal right and income right of the homestead and the above-ground attachments are still valid. In case of national policy demolition or occupation, both Party A and Party B have the right to enjoy 51% of the demolition compensation income calculated according to the demolition compensation policy issued by the demolition department, and no unit or individual may occupy it in any other form or reason, otherwise it will be liable for breach of contract according to the terms of liability for breach of contract.
2. Party A and Party B are free to sell, transfer, transfer or mortgage the ownership, use right, disposal right and income right of the homestead and the attached objects on the ground within their own rights and interests. X. Liability for breach of contract: after the signing of this agreement, both parties shall abide by it.
