Medium risk area: newly confirmed cases were reported in COVID-19 within 14 days, with no more than 50 cumulative confirmed cases in COVID-19 and more than 50 cumulative confirmed cases in COVID-19, and no cluster epidemic occurred within 14 days. Implement the strategy of "introducing from outside and preventing from inside", restore normal production and life in an orderly manner, organize personnel to return to their posts in an orderly manner, guide employers to strictly implement epidemic prevention measures, and simultaneously promote epidemic prevention and control and enterprises to resume production.

3. Low-risk areas: There are no confirmed cases in COVID-19 at present, or no confirmed cases in COVID-19 in 14 days. Measures should be taken to prevent imports, make overall plans, remove street traffic restrictions, and fully restore normal production and living order.
