On the occasion of the May Day holiday, in order to strengthen the safety supervision of food and special equipment in public entertainment places within its jurisdiction, further improve the safety awareness of operators, and effectively ensure the consumption safety of citizens and tourists during the holiday, Qinzhou District Market Supervision Administration organized a special inspection on the safety of food and special equipment in entertainment places in the whole region from April 26th.

this special inspection focuses on entertainment places such as fire bars, KTV and bars. Check whether each store deals in food and handles the Food Business License, whether employees hold valid health certificates, the implementation of the food claim system, the disinfection of tableware such as wine glasses and fruit bowls, and whether food-related products meet food safety standards one by one. At the same time, the operation of elevator equipment in entertainment places was investigated for potential safety hazards. Focus on the inspection of elevator equipment operation records, safety management and operators with certificates, emergency rescue plans and drills, safety operation procedures training and daily maintenance records. Food safety training was given to the heads of public entertainment and consumption places, requiring all stores to strictly implement the main responsibility of food and elevator safety, establish a correct awareness of food safety, strictly implement the food safety management system, and effectively ensure the safety of food and elevators.
