Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 This management system is specially formulated in accordance with the environmental policy of "To conscientiously implement overall planning, rationally distribute, comprehensively utilize, turn harm into benefit, rely on the masses, protect the environment and benefit the people" in the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China.

article 4 according to the environmental protection law, enterprises should set up environmental protection and environmental monitoring institutions, and the environmental protection technicians of enterprises should be fully responsible for the management and monitoring tasks of environmental protection work of enterprises, improve the environmental conditions of enterprises, reduce the pollution of enterprises to the surrounding environment, and coordinate the work of enterprises and government environmental protection departments.

article 6 an enterprise's environmental protection agency shall be equipped with necessary professional and technical personnel for environmental protection, and keep it relatively stable. Environmental protection institutions can only be strengthened, not weakened.

Chapter III Basic Principles

Article 7 The leaders in charge of environmental protection in an enterprise shall be in charge of environmental protection, do a good job in environmental protection within the enterprise, and be directly responsible for environmental protection matters to the person in charge of the enterprise.

article 8 environmental protection personnel should pay attention to the prevention and control of "three wastes" pollution and protect the environment. It is necessary to take environmental protection as an important part of production management, incorporate it into daily production, and pay equal attention to production and environmental protection.

article 9 environmental protection is related to the surrounding environment, the health of each employee and the production development of the enterprise. employees of the enterprise must strictly implement the environmental protection work system. anyone who violates the environmental protection work system and causes an accident will be investigated for responsibility according to the degree of the accident.

article 11 to prevent "three wastes" pollution, all workshops that cause environmental pollution and other public hazards must put forward control plans and implement them in a planned and step-by-step manner, and this enterprise should arrange and solve them in time in terms of financial resources, material resources and manpower.

article 11 environmental protection facilities and equipment should be carefully managed, and a system of regular inspection, maintenance and acceptance after maintenance should be established to ensure that the equipment and facilities are in good condition, the operation rate reaches the requirements of assessment indicators, and the normal reserve of spare parts and medicines should be ensured.

In the construction process, the funds, equipment, materials and manpower of the "three wastes" treatment and comprehensive utilization project shall not be excluded under any excuse.

Chapter IV Responsibilities of Environmental Protection Agency

Article 14 Responsibilities of the environmental protection agency of the enterprise:

1. Under the responsibility of the leaders in charge of the enterprise, conscientiously implement the relevant environmental protection guidelines, policies and regulations of the state and superior competent departments, and be responsible for the management, supervision and testing of the environmental protection work of the enterprise.

2. Be responsible for organizing the formulation of long-term environmental protection planning and annual summary report.

3. supervise and inspect the implementation of "three wastes" treatment in our factory, participate in the research and review of new, expansion and renovation project schemes, participate in the acceptance, and put forward environmental protection opinions and requirements.

4. Organize the internal environmental monitoring of the enterprise, master the original records, establish the operation account of environmental protection facilities, do a good job in archiving and statistics of environmental protection data, and report to the superior environmental protection department on time.

5. Educate and publicize employees about environmental laws and regulations, improve employees' awareness of environmental protection, and conduct training and assessment on environmental protection posts.

chapter v rewards and punishments

article 15 all employees of this enterprise who have made outstanding achievements in environmental protection work shall be given moral and material rewards.

Article 16 Any employee of this enterprise who neglects his duty and discharges the "three wastes" of the enterprise at will, thus causing environmental pollution, shall be punished as having violated the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, and shall be given administrative sanctions and compensation according to the seriousness of the case until criminal responsibility is investigated.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Article 17 In case of any conflict between this system and national laws, regulations and other departmental documents, the provisions of the superior documents shall prevail.

article 18 this management system is a part of enterprise rules and regulations, and an enterprise is responsible for its implementation and enforcement. Management departments should strictly implement, supervise and inspect.
