(1) The western kitchen waste treatment project is located in the domestic waste treatment plant in Houzhai Township, Erqi District, Zhengzhou City. Daily processing of 300 tons of kitchen waste, covering an area of 55 acres. Main construction contents: pre-selection, anaerobic digestion workshop and supporting facilities, which will enter the trial operation stage at the end of 65438+February.

(2) The eastern kitchen waste treatment project is located at the junction of Hansi Town and Yaojia Town, zhongmou county, Zhengzhou City, south of the newly-built sewage treatment plant. Daily processing of 300 tons of kitchen waste, covering an area of 55 acres. Main construction contents: pre-selection, anaerobic digestion workshop and supporting facilities, with a total investment of118.25 million yuan, which entered the trial operation stage at the end of February.

Article 6 The people's governments of cities, counties (cities) and Shangjie District shall give appropriate subsidies to the collection, transportation and disposal of kitchen waste, and bring them into the financial budget of the government at the same level. The specific measures shall be formulated separately by the municipal administrative department of city appearance and environmental sanitation in conjunction with the municipal finance and other relevant departments.

Article 7 The catering industry association shall play the role of industry self-discipline, participate in the formulation of relevant standards, standardize industry behavior, include the generation, treatment and transportation of kitchen waste in catering enterprises in the rating scope, and urge catering enterprises to do a good job in the harmless treatment and resource utilization of kitchen waste.

Article 8 It is advocated to reduce the amount of kitchen waste by listing clean vegetables, improving catering processing technology and civilized dining.

Encourage and support the scientific research, development, popularization and application of new technologies for the collection, transportation and disposal of kitchen waste, and promote the resource utilization and harmless disposal of kitchen waste.

Encourage and support social capital to participate in the construction and operation of kitchen waste disposal facilities.
