If a food production enterprise and its legal representative have their food production, circulation or catering service licenses revoked, the person in charge directly responsible shall not engage in food business management within five years from the date of making the punishment decision. If it fails to perform within the time limit, measures such as additional fines and applying to the court for compulsory execution may be taken according to law.

Consequences of the revocation of an enterprise as a legal person: if an enterprise acts as the legal representative, director or manager of bankruptcy liquidation due to poor management and is personally responsible for the bankruptcy of the enterprise, it shall not act as the legal representative of the enterprise, and the enterprise registration authority shall not approve the registration. As the legal representative of an enterprise whose business license has been revoked due to violation of law, and who is personally responsible for the illegal acts of the enterprise, if it has not been more than three years since the date of revocation of the business license of the enterprise, he shall not be the legal representative of the enterprise, and the enterprise registration authority shall not approve the registration.
