5. If the legal representative changes, a copy of the changed legal representative's ID card and relevant change certificates must be submitted.

6. In case of any change of registered capital and shareholding structure, the certification materials of the proportion of capital contribution of the company's shareholders shall be submitted.

the enterprise must fill in the change application form correctly, and fill in the corresponding change items in the column of "Application for Change Content", and fill in "No Change" in the column with no change content. The submitted materials must be printed (duplicated) on A4 paper. Handwritten materials will not be accepted, and the original materials must be checked when submitted.

(III) Procedures for Handling Changes

1. Download the Application Form for Change of Registration Items of Import and Export Enterprises on the Internet and submit the above materials to the Import and Export Office of the Municipal Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau.

2. The enterprise shall go to the information center of the Municipal Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau to handle the change of relevant matters. The information center shall submit the relevant data to the Ministry of Commerce, and change or issue a new Qualification Certificate for Import and Export Enterprises of the People's Republic of China as needed.

3. The enterprise shall go through the corresponding alteration formalities with the customs, foreign exchange, taxation and other departments on the basis of the revised Qualification Certificate for Import and Export Enterprises of the People's Republic of China.

replacement certificate

(1) replacement scope

1. The original or copy of the Qualification Certificate for Import and Export Enterprises of the People's Republic of China has been lost;

2. The Qualification Certificate for Import and Export Enterprises of the People's Republic of China has been seriously defaced;

3. The column of "Annual Inspection Record" on the back of the Qualification Certificate for Import and Export Enterprises of the People's Republic of China has been covered with the special seal for annual inspection.

(II) Procedures

1. Any enterprise that has lost its Qualification Certificate for Import and Export Enterprises of the People's Republic of China must go through the following procedures for the replacement of its qualification certificate:

(1) Publish a "loss statement" in Hangzhou Daily or Hangzhou Business Daily;

(2) submit a written application and other materials to the import and export office of the Municipal Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau;

(3) After being audited by the Import and Export Department of the Municipal Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau, submit the materials to the information center and apply for a new Qualification Certificate for Import and Export Enterprises of the People's Republic of China;

(4) The enterprise shall go through the corresponding formalities in the customs, taxation, foreign exchange and other departments with the newly issued Qualification Certificate for Import and Export Enterprises of the People's Republic of China.

2. Enterprises falling into the second and third cases of "replacement scope" do not need to publish a loss statement when applying for replacement certificate, and other procedures are the same as above.

(3) Submit materials

1. Apply in writing (state the reasons for replacing the certificate, publish the loss statement, affix the official seal of the company and the signature of the legal representative)

2. Publish the original newspaper of the "loss statement" (the "loss statement" should indicate the name of the enterprise, the code in the upper right corner of the lost qualification certificate, and declare that the certificate is invalid);

3. Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person or a copy of the Business License;

4. A copy of the National Organization Code Certificate;

5. An enterprise that only loses its original or duplicate certificate must return the original certificate that it has not lost;

The submitted materials must be printed (duplicated) on A4 paper. Handwritten materials will not be accepted, and the materials must be checked with the original.

V. Cancellation of qualification

Enterprises that have obtained the qualification for import and export business may voluntarily apply for cancellation of their business qualification and no longer engage in import and export business.

(1) Procedures

1. Submit a written application and other materials to the Import and Export Department of the Municipal Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau, and return the qualification certificate (original and copy) of the import and export enterprise. If the qualification certificate has been lost, a "loss statement" should be published in Shenzhen Special Zone Daily or Shenzhen Business Daily;

2. after receiving the application, the import and export office will issue a "receipt" to the enterprise and cancel the import and export business qualification of the enterprise in the "import and export business qualification management system".

(2) Submission of materials

1. Written application. The contents include the reasons for voluntary cancellation and application for cancellation, etc., which need to be stamped with the official seal of the enterprise and signed by the legal representative of the enterprise;

2. A copy of the ID card of the legal representative (with the original checked);

3. A copy of the Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person;

4. A copy of the National Organization Code Certificate;

5. Qualification Certificate for Import and Export Enterprises of the People's Republic of China (original and copy).

VI. Change of management right type

That is, change from "foreign trade circulation management right" to "self-import and export right of production enterprises" or from "self-import and export right of production enterprises" to "foreign trade circulation management right".

(1) Procedures

1. The enterprise submits an application for change to the import and export office (explaining the basic situation of the enterprise, the reasons for the change, etc. and affixing the official seal).

2. after being signed by the import and export office, change the "approval number".

3. Go to the bureau information center to handle the change procedures.
