2. Enterprises falling into the second and third cases of "replacement scope" do not need to publish a loss statement when applying for replacement certificate, and other procedures are the same as above.

(3) Submit materials

1. Apply in writing (state the reasons for replacing the certificate, publish the loss statement, affix the official seal of the company and the signature of the legal representative)

2. Publish the original newspaper of the "loss statement" (the "loss statement" should indicate the name of the enterprise, the code in the upper right corner of the lost qualification certificate, and declare that the certificate is invalid);

3. Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person or a copy of the Business License;

4. A copy of the National Organization Code Certificate;

5. An enterprise that only loses its original or duplicate certificate must return the original certificate that it has not lost;

Enterprises that have obtained the qualification for import and export business may voluntarily apply for cancellation of their business qualification and no longer engage in import and export business.

(1) Procedures

1. Submit a written application and other materials to the Import and Export Department of the Municipal Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau, and return the qualification certificate (original and copy) of the import and export enterprise. If the qualification certificate has been lost, a "loss statement" should be published in Shenzhen Special Zone Daily or Shenzhen Business Daily;

2. after receiving the application, the import and export office will issue a "receipt" to the enterprise and cancel the import and export business qualification of the enterprise in the "import and export business qualification management system".

(2) Submission of materials

1. Written application. The contents include the reasons for voluntary cancellation and application for cancellation, etc., which need to be stamped with the official seal of the enterprise and signed by the legal representative of the enterprise;

2. A copy of the ID card of the legal representative (with the original checked);

3. A copy of the Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person;

4. A copy of the National Organization Code Certificate;

5. Qualification Certificate for Import and Export Enterprises of the People's Republic of China (original and copy).
