2. Rights and obligations of Party B

(2) The canteen contracted by Party B is for the purpose of serving institutions, and it is not allowed to open to the public in principle from Monday to Friday, and large-scale entertainment activities such as marriage, funeral, marriage, school, birthday and comrades-in-arms gathering are also prohibited on Saturday and Sunday. article 6 liability for breach of contract

7. Party B shall be subject to the management and supervision of Party A, and Party B shall ensure timely rectification and improvement of the opinions and suggestions put forward by Party A..

9. The canteen contracted by Party B shall operate independently and be responsible for its own profits and losses, and its salary and welfare expenses shall be borne by itself. Party B shall be responsible for the water and electricity expenses of the canteen (settled by the table), and Party A will not subsidize any expenses.

III. Other matters agreed

1. Party B shall pay the town finance RMB 5,111 yuan in the whole year, and pay the property deposit in one lump sum when signing the agreement.

2. Party A is not responsible for the investment of Party B's decoration and maintenance of the contracted area. After the contract expires, Party A will repair it and lose it.
