1. Please report to the local police station for registration immediately after you arrive in our district.

2. If the owner of the rented house fails to register with the public security organ, please go to the local police station to go through the relevant formalities immediately. When the lessor declares the house registration, it must truthfully declare the lessee's place of origin, recent residence history, physical condition, intended occupation and other detailed information.

3. The floating population holds the ID card, the lease contract or the employer's certificate, and the lessor or the entrusted agent holds the ID card and real estate license to report to the local police station. In order to reduce the risk of cross-infection, the applicant can scan the QR code of the following Shandong public security residence registration platform for registration. Persons without smart phones or those who are unable to declare themselves can make an appointment in real time by calling the local police station.

4. The employer bears the main responsibility for the management of the floating population. Please contact the resident police station with the unit employment roster, and declare after registering the Shandong public security residence registration platform.

5. Actively cooperate with management. Since the date of the announcement, the public security organs will carry out special actions to clean up and rectify the floating population and rental houses. Floating population, rental homeowners, housing agencies, employers, property companies, etc. have the responsibility to declare voluntarily. If it is found that the floating population, especially the floating population from areas with severe epidemic situation, fails to declare and register, and the rental owners, housing agencies, property companies and employers knowingly fail to report, conceal or omit, the general public can report it at the first time. Once verified, it will be severely punished according to the Interim Measures for the Service Management of Floating Population in Shandong Province and the Provisions of the Ministry of Public Security on the Administration of Public Security for Rental Housing.
