The school cafeteria is the most concerned about the students, it is not only related to the students to eat the problem, more related to the students' daily life, which in turn affects the normal operation of the whole school. The investigation report, we strive to be true and objective, at the same time, we are more from the students' point of view to elaborate, because the students are the main body of the university, therefore, we carry out the investigation, more from the students on the canteen specifics to start, specifically from the students on the school cafeteria meal taste, service quality, price, hygiene, the canteen's opinions and suggestions and other aspects of the survey done. In the survey, we found that there are deep contradictions between the canteen and students, on the one hand, students have great objections to the canteen, on the one hand, the canteen staff because of their own hard work is not recognized and troubled ...... The survey report, on the one hand, focuses on the status quo to have an objective and true report, on the one hand, it puts forward their own Improvement measures. Our investigation report is only a kind of attempt, but also has some reference significance to the improvement of the status quo. Finally, the purpose of writing this paper is to enable students to be satisfied with the meal and study at ease; moreover, it is to enable the school to operate and develop normally.
Two, the status quo
There are a lot of discordant factors between the college student groups and the cafeteria, this status quo if left to its own devices, will inevitably impede the normal operation of the school, in order to understand the overall situation of the student cafeteria service in our school, to further improve the quality of the work of the cafeteria, to create a harmonious dining environment and to improve the living conditions, so that students can get a better food and drink. service. The results of some representative surveys are reported as follows.
A, meal prices
Recently, due to rising prices, since 2007, our school cafeteria meal prices have risen continuously, the students of the cafeteria's behavior of price increases in the heart of the existence of resistance until the beginning of 2008 after a slight price cuts to be quite calm. In this survey, 90% of the students still think that the cafeteria meal prices are too high, 7% of the students think that the cafeteria prices are average, only 3% of the students think that the cafeteria prices are reasonable.
II. Cafeteria Hygiene
The reflection on the satisfaction level of the cafeteria hygiene is: 50% of the students think that the hygiene of the school cafeteria needs to be improved, 31% of the students think that it is average, 6% think that it is very poor, while only 13% of the students think that it is satisfactory.
Third, the quality of meals
The students' evaluation of the quality of meals is: 14% of the students often get overnight meals, 65% of the students occasionally get overnight meals, and 21% of the students do not get overnight meals; and regarding the meals with worms or hairs, 17% of the students often get them, 69% of the students occasionally get them, and only 14% of the students do not get them. ever.
Fourth, cafeteria service
45% of the students think that the service of the cafeteria needs to be improved, 47% of the students think it is okay, 7% think it is better and 1% think it is very good.

20% of the students think that the variety of food in the cafeteria is "less varieties", 56% think that it is "slow to update", 21% think that it is "average", and only 3% think that it is "satisfactory"

Three, there are problems
Through our investigation, it is not difficult to find that there are numerous problems, in the questionnaire survey and visit to the canteen, we summarize certain conclusions, specifically expressed as follows:
One, our school canteen prices are too high.
