Moreover, it costs 1.5 million yuan to buy 300 tons of waste plastics instead of 75 tons of coal with a value of less than 75 thousand yuan. Is this full or out of your mind?

③ Small thermal power intensifies the problem of domestic garbage.

1.8% fuel is impossible to come. Therefore, small thermal power does not treat domestic waste, and it is recommended to invite small thermal power to treat domestic waste.

There is a simple and practical method, which has short treatment time and can be completely evacuated after treatment. Small thermal power came, and the days after treatment became far away; Even if the stall is handled, it is not easy to remove it. We haven't started to deal with the garbage yet, so we need to occupy 100 mu of fertile land to build a factory. Doesn't this aggravate the problem of domestic garbage occupying the road?

3. The correct way to deal with domestic garbage

Sieving soil to make money, refining also makes money, and the remaining gravel belongs to construction waste and is handed over to relevant departments for treatment. The old mountain of domestic garbage can disappear completely and be returned to the people.

The author once came to the door and suggested that we invest 4 million yuan (probably less than one tenth of that of small thermal power plants) to treat/kloc-0.0 million cubic meters of domestic garbage in three years. The state's subsidy of 47 million yuan for domestic garbage disposal does not need a penny, giving up the right of tax exemption for garbage disposal and paying taxes according to enterprise practices.

4. Two strokes to cure all diseases

All kinds of tricks of domestic garbage disposal can be summarized in one sentence: internal and external collusion, taking the state treasury as a piece of "government subsidies for domestic garbage disposal". It is reported that if 47 yuan is subsidized every cubic meter, 47 million yuan will be drawn from the state treasury every million cubic meters.

Domestic garbage disposal is a profitable industry, and it is an indisputable fact that the sanitation department sells domestic garbage. This subsidy should have been abolished a long time ago. That's all the hard-earned money of the people. People's hard-earned money should be used in the right place. What should China rely on to recover the Diaoyu Islands? Rely on national strength. Those who collude inside and outside to get subsidies only love themselves and are unpatriotic. Only by abolishing this subsidy can they be cured, and this subsidy must be abolished.

Since there is no need for power plants to treat domestic waste, we should cancel the financial subsidies for small thermal power plants, give priority to access to the network, and "green energy" in the name of treating domestic waste.
