Gas safety production is related to the safety of people's lives and property, and the overall situation of harmonious development and stability of society. Since the winter, in order to strengthen gas safety management, our team has organized personnel to check the safety of various gas enterprises and stations in the city to ensure the safe operation of the gas industry in our county.

1. Attach great importance to and meticulously organize

In view of the characteristics that gas accidents are harmful and have great social impact, our team has set up a leading group for gas safety investigation, headed by Deputy Chief Fei Yujiang, who is in charge of safety, to lead all the staff of the gas unit to earnestly perform their duties, and intensify the investigation of storage tanks, pressure pipes, fire-fighting facilities and other equipment of various gas enterprises to ensure that all kinds of equipment are within the effective safety period. Special emphasis is placed on all gas enterprises to implement the main responsibility of gas safety production, enhance the awareness of gas safety management, do a good job in gas safety management, strengthen staff training, show certificates, eliminate hidden dangers of accidents, and curb and put an end to all kinds of gas accidents. And signed a letter of responsibility for gas safety production with various gas enterprises as legal persons.

Second, strictly enforce the law and carefully check

Our team mainly investigates the gas management unit. The following matters were investigated:

1. The storage tanks, gas pipelines and other important equipment of the gas enterprise were overdue or in poor condition;

2. Gas enterprises and stations do not conform to the safety production and operation control system, and there are major safety hazards in production and operation;

3. The principal person in charge of the enterprise, safety management personnel and special operations personnel are on duty without a license;

4. The liquefied gas sales station (point) is built and operated without the approval of the gas administrative department and relevant functional departments;

5. There is no transportation permit for gas transportation, and there is no inspection certificate for gas transportation tools and their loaded tank equipment and facilities, or they have expired; Gas transport vehicles with fault transportation, overload transportation, unlicensed transportation and illegal unloading;

6. The fire control facilities in the production and business premises are not perfect;

7. Investigate the hidden dangers of illegally inflating waste liquefied gas cylinders. The inspection team immediately sternly pointed out the potential safety hazards found in the investigation, issued a rectification notice, and guided and urged the gas enterprises to rectify as required. The person in charge of the gas enterprise is required to strengthen the awareness of safe production and operation, eliminate the paralysis, and conduct self-inspection on the production and operation sites, facilities, fire-fighting equipment, safety management system, safety education and training, especially emergency measures and drills.

Third, discover hidden dangers and urge rectification

Through investigation and rectification, the safety production and operation conditions of gas enterprises in our county have been greatly improved, the safety awareness of owners has been improved, and the safety quality of filling personnel has been strengthened. However, when the investigation team conducted in-depth gas safety inspection in gas enterprises, it was found that there were still two common gas safety problems: one was to inflate a few old and overdue cylinders; Second, more cylinders enter and leave the station without wearing helmets. In order to solve these problems, the investigation team severely criticized the person in charge of the gas enterprise and the person in charge of the site every time. After entering the station, the cylinders with outdated appearance or overdue inspection must be forbidden to be inflated on the filling platform, removed in time and sent to the technical department of quality supervision for safety inspection. Safety helmets must be worn when entering and leaving the station, and must not be careless.

Fourth, increase publicity and create an atmosphere

Our team will make the knowledge of gas safety into the form of exhibition boards and post them at major crossings, streets and communities for publicity; Compile all kinds of gas safety knowledge into short messages that are easy to understand and send them to mobile phone users through China Mobile and China Unicom. Promote gas safety through TV, paper exchange and other media.

Through investigation, the potential safety hazards of gas enterprises and stations were effectively eliminated, and the production and life safety of urban residents was ensured, which played a positive role in the establishment of "Safe Weining". ;
