Dear parents:

The school's "5+2" trusteeship has started, with 1,277 students in Zhongshan Campus and 753 students in Fengshan Campus. All the teachers in the two campuses and some foreign teachers participated in the delayed service. I sincerely thank our teachers for their kindness and our parents for their trust.

We hope that this delayed service will bring happiness to children, better growth, convenience to parents' lives and a satisfactory answer to the party and the government.

I originally planned to hold an online parent-teacher conference for all parents, but after thinking about it, I still wrote a letter to the parents and made the following explanation:

The "5+2" delayed service in our school mainly includes two contents:

First, I finished all the written homework that day and went home without any written homework.

Second, add 1 hours of exercise every day to experience a sense of accomplishment during exercise.

In order to do these two tasks well, the school has also designed relevant incentive activities. To this end, I have the following ideas to communicate with parents.

first, don't think too well of our trusteeship, thinking that it can solve all the children's learning problems. We only solved the day's written homework. Parents entrust the school with two hours of service, not the responsibility of parents!

it is impossible for parents to shirk their responsibilities. Don't worry about children, children are the best things in the world, and good things naturally have to pay the greatest energy.

We should cherish the "annoyance" brought by children's growth, because children will grow up soon. When the children grow up, they will be tired of coming. When the children grow up, think back to the scene of accompanying them to do their homework now. Everything is so beautiful!

second, don't think too badly of our trusteeship, thinking that it's just "wasting time".

Our school makes great efforts to do a good job in hosting, and we constantly study how to achieve safe, effective and happy hosting.

Our teacher prepared carefully and adjusted the pace of personal and family life. Therefore, the children's two hours, although not perfect, will never be "mixed time".

Third, because trusteeship is voluntary, let's not compare who doesn't, which increases anxiety.

Every parent's choice is something we respect. Since we have chosen trusteeship, we will start our children's study and life by means of trusteeship.

We suggest that parents give their children a family library, so that they can spend the rest of their time reading after completing their non-written homework.

Generally speaking, books are written by the best people in the world, and people who write books are probably better than those who teach privately. By reading, let children be with excellent people, and children will be excellent. The recommended bibliography of the family bookstore will be distributed to everyone by the class teacher in our school.

Fourth, after the custody, the school time is late, the children will be eager to go home, and the parents will become impatient. Therefore, our school time should be especially punctual!

fifth, the child is late in custody and may be hungry. Parents can properly prepare snacks for their children, and the specific class teacher will explain.

VI. Problems in delayed service, let's negotiate together, and hope that every unexpected or unexpected thing can be turned into nutrition beneficial to children's growth.
