The Xiamen Twin Towers are five years old.

Xiamen Twin Towers is a new landmark in Xiamen, with two separate towers connected by a podium, shaped like sails and incorporating visual elements of Xiamen's city flower, the trillium. One of the towers will serve as a five-star hotel and top office building, while the other will be a SOHO office building, and the podium will be built as a comprehensive commercial building integrating shopping, leisure, entertainment and catering.

It is a beautiful view of Gulangyu Island in the distance and overlooks the entire flavor of the Heron Island. The observation lounge also has a café auberge, Xiamen Shimao Strait Tower is a twin tower that was the tallest in Xiamen when it was topped out; Xiamen Twin Towers won the 2017 National Outstanding Engineering Survey and Design Industry Award.

The Xiamen Twin Towers were designed and planned by Jinsi, and the schematic design embodies the image of the building in a geometric and symmetrical way, with sails as the shape and the idea of Xiamen's city flower, the delphinium, incorporated into the design of the podium elevation echoing the waves of the seashore as the building sits on the water's edge.

The Xiamen Twin Towers project is designed for a base period of 50 years, the reasonable service life of the structure is 50 years, the seismic intensity is 7 degrees, the classification of the building's seismic defense is class B, and the design level of the foundation is Class A.
