Enterprises are the main body of the market and the main body responsible for food safety. It is the unshirkable responsibility of enterprises to provide qualified products to the market. To engage in food production and marketing activities, we must obtain administrative license according to law, fully implement relevant laws, regulations and relevant provisions, strictly implement national, industrial and local standards for food safety, establish and improve the responsibility system for food safety management and relevant operating rules, engage in food production, collection, purchase, processing, storage, transportation, display, supply and sales according to law, and eliminate hazards and risks in food production and marketing activities in a timely manner. The legal representative of the enterprise is the first person responsible for food safety. Article 3 of the Food Safety Law stipulates that food producers and operators shall engage in production and business activities in accordance with laws, regulations and food safety standards, be responsible to the society and the public, ensure food safety, accept social supervision and assume social responsibilities.
