At dawn, we drove from Zhongguancun, Haidian District, Beijing, all the way south, along the connecting lines of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, Xinyuan Expressway, Shijiazhuang Ring Expressway and Zhangshi Expressway for about 305 kilometers, drove off the qiaoxi district South Second Ring Viaduct in Shijiazhuang, turned left, and then crossed a road. This is February 23rd, 2020, which is the "most tense and critical stage" for the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic in China. As in other places, the testing in this 4S shop is very strict. After we took our temperature and confirmed that there was no problem, we had to register our visit before we were allowed to enter Dongfeng Li Ande Store in Shijiazhuang.
The gate is 0/00 meter away from Rio/Kloc-. Nissan and Qichen stand in the sun. The red banner in front of the sign says, "This park has been disinfected, please wear a mask when entering, and cooperate with registration and temperature measurement". There are three cars below, namely Tiida, Loulan and Qichen T70.
Along this huge parking lot, there is a comprehensive service hall of the park. On the left side of the service hall are neatly placed some new Nissan brand cars, and on the right side are Dongfeng Nissan 4S Store and Dongfeng Qichen 4S Store. Dongfeng Li Ande Store covers an area of more than 2,000 square meters, with a total investment of 50 million yuan and employees 125. When we arrived at the park, because COVID-19 was still in the epidemic period, the 4S shop had not officially resumed work, and there were few people in the park.
The predecessor of Dongfeng Li Ande South Store can be traced back to 20 12. At that time, the West Second Ring Road overpass had not been built. Under the bridge was the Dongfeng Nissan 4S shop, and next to it was the Dongfeng Peugeot 4S shop. When the overpass was built, the Dongfeng Nissan 4S store was requisitioned, and the head of the dealer group affiliated to the 4S store withdrew from the Dongfeng Peugeot channel and was converted into the Dongfeng Nissan 4S store on the basis of the original Dongfeng Peugeot 4S store.
Three years later, the head of the dealer group happened to meet Shang, the general manager of Dongfeng Jinan Company, and handed him an olive branch-whether he would like to enter Shijiazhuang. Dongfeng South has this intention-after entering the Hebei market, Dongfeng South has already laid out in Baoding, Cangzhou and Zhuozhou, but it has not yet entered Shijiazhuang.
Hit it off. In 20 15, Dongfeng south sent a manager from Baoding to take over the Dongfeng Nissan 4S store. On October 20 16 1 month, Dongfeng Southern announced its entry into Shijiazhuang, and Dongfeng Nissan Dongfeng Southern Li Ande franchise store was established. In July of that year, it lived next to Dongfeng Nissan 4S store, and Dongfeng Southern Li Ande Qichen franchise store opened. Up to now, there are five Dongfeng Nissan 4S stores in Shijiazhuang, three of which belong to Zhongsheng Group and two belong to Dongfeng South.
In 20 19, Dongfeng Southern Li Ande Store sold 2,704 vehicles, ranking second among the five Dongfeng Nissan 4S stores in Shijiazhuang. Before the epidemic, the target in 2020 is 2550 vehicles, and the monthly sales volume is 170 vehicles. Affected by the epidemic, by February 23rd, only four cars were sold in February, namely Teana 2.0L, Sylphy, Sylphy Classic and Bluebird.
The first car, Sylphy, was sold on February 2nd. Wang Kai, general manager of Dongfeng South Li Ande Store, was impressed by this, and that day happened to be his first day on duty. The customer is a young couple. On February 1 day, they contacted the sales consultant and made an appointment to come and see the car the next day.
This car is for my wife to drive to work. My wife has just finished her driver's license test and hasn't driven across the street yet, but she has to go to work on February 3. The family was worried about the epidemic, so everyone got together and bought a car. Pay on the spot after seeing the car on the spot. My husband said he would take his wife out for a few laps at night and then drive to work the next day.
After knowing the situation, Wang Kai arranged for the sales consultant to deliver the car to the other party's home. I sold my car on the first day after the Spring Festival. The sales consultant said on the vibrato video that day, I am very happy.
Into the Dongfeng Nissan Li Ande store, a dozen exhibition cars lined up. Wang Kai told us that from the sixth day (65438+1October 30th), we started to take turns on duty, which was one or two days later than in previous years. At first, there were six or seven people every day, the manager on duty, the front-line reception post and the technicians. Later, it gradually increased to more than 20 people, and the duty time was from 9: 30 am to 4: 00 pm.
You can't take it lightly while on duty. At the beginning of the epidemic, Li Ande Store took protective measures according to the requirements of Dongfeng Southern Group and Dongfeng Nissan. The exhibition hall is disinfected twice a day, and the personnel on duty take their temperature twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. At the same time, prepare protective articles in advance, such as masks, protective liquids and disinfectant.
Most of the employees on duty come from the surrounding communities, and they will take shifts with each other during the period, and then arrange a rest after the Li Ande store fully resumes work. I did it because I learned my lesson.
On February 3rd, the sales manager who lives in Baoding took the high-speed train to Shijiazhuang for duty. He usually lives in the neighborhood next to Li Ande's shop, but when he comes back, the neighborhood clearly stipulates that foreigners who rent houses can't enter the neighborhood. I couldn't go back with my room, and it was inconvenient to stay in a hotel at that time, so Wang Kai coordinated him to go home and work online. Since then, the duty has been replaced by employees who are convenient to enter and leave the surrounding community.
They also pay close attention to employee dynamics. Li Ande Store has no Hubei employees, and most of them come from neighboring cities and counties, such as Handan and Baoding. They are isolated at home, monitored and counted by Li Ande store, and reported to the group and manufacturers regularly every day.
During the duty, the staff canteen was not open, and in principle, no lunch was provided to customers. The staff lunch is specially signed with a nearby restaurant, and will be delivered when it is ready.
Wang Kai told us that there were not many customers in the store during the epidemic, with an average of two or three batches per day, which were generally concentrated after 10 and after 2 pm.
Extraordinary times, extraordinary marketing. For prospective customers, mainly maintenance, sales consultants often keep in regular contact with them. At the same time, they also tried to broadcast live online, either by the Li Ande store itself or in conjunction with other stores in the southeast of Hebei Province. Although consumers can't look at cars offline, they can learn about them online.
The effect is not bad. Some customers watch the car after watching the live broadcast, which is very directional. Through the live broadcast, the sales consultant can review the product knowledge, and exchange WeChat with the target customers to help choose the car and solve the pain of not seeing the car in the store.
On the day we went to Li Ande store, a Loulan owner named Fu Hongwei was waiting for maintenance. His first car was a Magotan, which was bought on 20 12. It was repaired many times and the gearbox was changed. He changed his car last April. At that time, he chose between Highlander and Loulan, and finally spent 260 thousand to buy Loulan. The reason he gave is that Loulan is more streamlined, better configured, more cost-effective, more comfortable to sit on and more fuel-efficient.
Starting from February 6th, the after-sales department of Li Ande Store began to call to remind customers whose maintenance is about to expire. Whether it is sales or after-sales, the principle is not to invite customers to the store actively, but to give priority to epidemic care. For customers who are in a hurry, try to make an appointment for the invitation. First, it is based on security considerations. Second, customers don't have to stay too long for maintenance.
Starting from February 17, Li Ande Store began to actively apply to the society and the government for resumption of work. Wang Kai said that they have made all preparations according to the requirements of returning to work. At noon on March 1 Sunday, he sent a message about his official return to work in a circle of friends.
