(3) There shall be no less than 20 construction site management personnel with certificates, and the builder, quality engineer, safety officer, material engineer and documenter shall be complete.

(4) There shall be no less than 30 skilled workers at or above the intermediate level who have passed the examination or training.

(1) There shall be no less than 3 registered construction engineers in mechanical and electrical specialty.

(2) The technical director has more than 8 years' experience in technical management of fire control facilities engineering construction, and has the senior title of engineering sequence or the qualification of first-class registered constructor of electromechanical engineering; There are not less than 6 people with intermediate or above titles in HVAC, water supply and drainage, electrical and automation, and their majors are complete.

(3) There shall be no less than 20 skilled workers at or above the intermediate level who have passed the examination or training.

(4) The technical director (or registered constructor) shall preside over the completion of not less than two engineering achievements required by the first-class qualification standard of this category.
