The health department is responsible for food safety risk monitoring, assessment and early warning in the catering industry, conducting epidemiological investigation on sudden food safety incidents, undertaking emergency rescue and medical treatment of food safety incidents, reporting incidents in time, and strengthening the daily supervision and management of tableware disinfection units. The comprehensive administrative law enforcement department of urban management is responsible for managing the signboards of catering service units that affect the appearance of the city, scientifically and rationally delineating the business areas of mobile food vendors, banning unregistered mobile food vendors according to law, strengthening the management of storage, transportation and harmless treatment of kitchen waste, equipping kitchen waste collection vehicles, and urging business households to register the disposal of kitchen waste. The ecological environment department is responsible for the implementation of environmental supervision of the catering industry, and investigate and deal with various environmental violations such as oil smoke pollution, noise pollution and illegal sewage discharge according to law.
