Third, the fish feast in Jingbo Lake. An important program to visit Jingbo Lake in Mudanjiang is to have a fish meal. Jingbo Lake is rich in aquatic products, rich in crucian carp, called "Lake Crucian Carp", which is big and fat, one of which can reach two or three pounds. Its meat is tender and delicious, and it is delicious to cook fish soup or braise in soy sauce. It used to be used as a tribute to the royal family. In addition, there are more than 41 kinds of fish in the local area, such as squid, lake carp, silver carp and red tail, which must be tasted. Among them, Jingbo carp silk is the most famous.
