I think the first reflects the Chinese elements, followed by a modern flavor, and then since it is a logo to strive for simplicity and clarity.
Chinese elements include calligraphy, Chinese painting, paper-cutting, architecture, folding fan, opera and so on, especially the unique folk art. Chinese red is a color that is particularly suited to China, but it has a different symbol (bloody brutality) in other countries, so it should be used with due consideration.
Since the reform and opening up, China's economic development has made great strides forward, and many companies have gone international, such as Ali, Haier and Huawei, and the design to include some logos with a modern flavor is also the goal pursued by many companies.
