1990 12/26, Suning was founded in Ninghai Road, Nanjing, and opened Suning's first air-conditioning franchise store, taking the lead in professional operation of household appliances. 1April 1993, Suning Appliance completed its initial accumulation and became famous in the "air conditioning war". 1In March, 1996, Yangzhou Suning, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Suning, was born, which opened the prelude to the chain development of Suning.

1In February, 1997, Suning established the first generation logistics distribution center in Jiangdongmen, Nanjing. 1999, Suning's first self-built store, nanjing xinjiekou flagship store, was successfully opened, which marked the transformation of Suning from air-conditioning franchise to comprehensive electrical appliances nationwide chain operation.

On July 2, 2004, KLOC-0, Suning Appliance Chain Group Co., Ltd. was officially listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming the first home appliance chain enterprise with IPO. In 2009, Suning Appliance Online Mall was completely upgraded and renamed as Suning.cn. On August 18, the new website entered the trial operation stage.

20 1 1, Suning held a global supplier conference in Nanjing. Chairman Zhang explained the development plan and realization strategy of Suning in the next decade (20 1 1-2020) to more than 500 e-commerce companies and partners in other fields around the world.
