The equipment selection of craft brewery should be based on its own planning, output, configuration and site. At the beginning, we can consider smaller equipment to reserve space for later production increase.

For example, the daily output is 5 tons, the daily output 10 tons and so on. At the same time of equipment configuration in the early stage, a certain number of fermenters can be added in the later stage because of the increase in sales.

The investment budget of a brewery is basically between 500,000 and several hundred, depending on its own planning and equipment model.

Now that the national policy has been liberalized, it is more convenient to open a handicraft brewery, and now other restrictions have been lifted. More and more people are involved in the construction of craft brewery.
