Xinhualian Tongguanyao Ancient Town Scenic Area is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Located on the east bank of Xiangjiang River in Wangcheng District, Xinhualian Tongguanyao Ancient Town Scenic Spot in Changsha City is the first cultural tourism project in Hunan with an investment of over RMB 11 billion, which opened in August 2118. At present, the scenic spot has eight museums, including Changsha Kiln Museum, Xiuzhen Pavilion, Mineral Specimen Museum, Wine Culture Museum, Coin Museum, Huxiang Celebrity Museum, Tongguan Pavilion and Robot Museum, forming a large-scale folk museum group. In addition to static display, there are many high-tech entertainment projects in the scenic spot, such as outdoor performance "Black Stone Stunt Show", 5D panoramic flight experience "Beautiful Hunan", music fountain "Tongguan Water Show" and so on. In the upcoming Lunar New Year, the scenic spot has also prepared wonderful activities such as the Tongguan Drama Festival, the Tongguan Intangible Heritage Festival, the Tongguan Food Festival and the Tongguan People's Fun Festival.

Changsha Tongguanyiao Ancient Town Scenic Area is located at Tongguanyiao Road, Tongguan Street, Wangcheng District, Changsha City. There are 8 museums, 5 performing arts centers, 3 star-rated hotels, 21 homestays, 18 cultural attractions and 4 parent-child amusement projects in the scenic area. Tongguanyao Ancient Town has specially introduced a team that has served Universal Studios, Disney and other theme parks for a long time to create exclusive performing arts programs for the ancient town, and each show is cool and extraordinary.
