In case of legal holidays, some colleagues want to give themselves a few more days off and work overtime on weekends. For example, a while ago, on the National Day, some colleagues planned to travel and wanted to take two more days off, so TA just had to work overtime on the weekend of this month to make up the time and make her own work arrangements. Plus the legal holiday of 8 days, that's 10 days. For example, I prefer to travel and then leave. If I come back to make up for two Saturdays, I won't have to deduct my salary. Of course, if you are a trench, you don't mind withholding your salary and not making up classes. I remember once a male colleague had something at home and went straight back for half a month. However, it is not good to take too long, so we should hand over the work well without delaying the work.
Speaking of making up time, another point is that it is easier for the company to take time off. Some companies need to have a decent reason to ask for leave, but we don't need to say anything. So the reasons for our leave are all like this: "Going home to see my parents", "Cousin getting married", "Classmate getting married", "I want to go out for a walk" and "Traveling to Taiwan Province Province" ... Hahaha, I wonder if this is a company benefit?
