Legal analysis: If the catering business license is changed as a legal person, it shall be submitted to the registration authority where its business premises are located according to the relevant provisions of laws and regulations: 1. Application for Change of Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households signed by the operators; 2. A copy of the ID card of the operator. Where there are items in the business scope that must be approved before registration as stipulated by laws, administrative regulations and the State Council decisions, a copy of the relevant license or approval document shall be submitted.

Legal basis: Article 15 of the Measures for the Administration of Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households shall submit the following documents when applying for registration change of individual industrial and commercial households:

(1) An application for registration change of individual industrial and commercial households signed by the applicant;

(2) if applying for the change of business premises, the certificate of new business premises shall be submitted;

(3) Other documents required by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
