3. Skill bonus points: those who have obtained lectures (lectures) at or above the prefecture level will be given bonus points, including:

For those with the same bonus points, the ranking shall be determined in turn according to the educational level and the category of graduate institutions (I, II and III), the qualification level of professional and technical posts, the years of teaching experience, and the awards (honor bonus points and skill bonus points).

The list of interviewers was announced in the Municipal Education Bureau and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on August 7, and an interview announcement was issued.

2. Interview time and place: to be determined (indicated in the interview announcement).

3. Organization and management of the interview:

(1) interview method. The interview was conducted by lecture, with a full score of 100. The preparation time is 20 minutes, and the lecture time is 10 minutes (including the defense time of 2 minutes). The grading standard of the lecture is determined according to relevant requirements. Score by removing a point and a lowest point and averaging.

(6) Publicity and mobilization

After the examination, the candidates will be publicized in the Municipal Education Bureau and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau according to the regulations, and the publicity period is 7 days. If there is no objection after publicity, the Municipal Education Bureau will report the list of candidates to the Municipal Teacher Selection Leading Group for approval, and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will handle the transfer procedures.
