Most hotels have a back door. You can ask the security guard where to go in and go directly to the personnel department to say that you want to be an apprentice there. They will ask you to fill out an application form, and remember to write clearly what kind of apprentice you want to be, western food, Chinese food, pastry or bakery.

Filling out a form may not get you a job, but if there is a vacancy at the grassroots level, the personnel department will first consider recruiting apprentices.

If you are a chef, you will have a better chance. If you are not a chef, you must emphasize that you are an apprentice, otherwise you may be labeled as a waiter. Hotels often lack waiters.
