8. Smoking is prohibited in the construction area, and ensure that the smoke has been turned on and the temperature sensor is not blocked.
9. The construction area shall be equipped with fire-fighting equipment, and the number of portable fire extinguishers shall not be less than 1 /50m2. The accident shall be handled in time, and Party A shall be informed in time, and the cause of the accident shall be truthfully reported, so as to protect the site and cooperate with the investigation.
10. The on-site decoration garbage should be cleared in time, and it is forbidden to spend the night in the unit. It is forbidden to block the fire escape with construction waste or garbage, and it is forbidden to block or misappropriate fire control facilities to ensure the cleanliness of the site. There must be a special person in charge of the above work.
1 1. Party B's construction personnel should carefully check the construction site before coming off work to prevent fire hazards and cut off the power supply of electrical equipment before leaving.
12. Party B shall strictly follow the actual plan approved by the fire department, and the design modification shall be re-submitted to the fire department for approval before construction.
13. Party B shall provide safety education to construction personnel, actively cooperate with Party A's supervision and inspection, and formulate a safety system.
14. Please refer to the project attachment of the designated contractor to deal with the project.
15. This agreement is made in triplicate, one for the management office, one for the owner/tenant and one for the decoration company.
