Poly Plaza, formally established in 1992 as a sino-foreign joint venture, is a comprehensive four-star cultural and business hotel with guest rooms, offices, theaters, catering, entertainment and conference facilities, and is managed by Poly Property Hotel Management Limited Liability Company. It is located at the intersection of Ping'an Avenue and East 2nd Ring Road in Beijing, adjacent to the embassy areas of various countries in China, Chaoyang commercial district, Workers' Stadium and Workers' Stadium. It covers an area of 18,500 square meters with a building area of 95,000 square meters. The whole building is like a huge "Lusheng" shape, which was honored by the National Tourism Administration as "China's landmark building in the tourism industry" in 1997, and has passed the ISO9000 quality system certification, and has also been awarded the "Beijing Excellent Property Management Building".
