"In fact, Liang was mainly afraid that his lover's actions ruined his future, because in the early 20th century, many people in China thought that loveless divorce was as immoral as divorcing his wife for no reason.

Xu Zhimo, an idealist who holds the concept of love first, disagrees with the teacher's advice. In his reply to Liang Qichao, he said that he only did this to "seek the peace of conscience, establish personality and save the soul." As for Liang Qichao's worries about the future, Xu Zhimo said: "I will visit my only soul mate in the vast sea of people, and I am lucky to get it;" No, my life, that's it. "The effect is that you don't have to worry, the consequences are my own responsibility.

Xu Zhimo divorced, but his pursuit of Lin failed after all. 1924, he met Lu Xiaoman, a talented woman with various amorous feelings. They fell in love at first sight and soon fell in love. Lu Xiaoman is a married woman, and her husband Wang Geng is a student of Liang Qichao and a good friend of Xu Zhimo. With the traditional concept that "a friend's wife can't play", Liang Qichao is very disdainful of students' practices.
