Operating ships are levied at 6% of the total operating income and paid quarterly; Non-operating agricultural boats and self-use boats pay twelve yuan per boat every year; Sports boats are one yuan per boat per year;
Except for engineering ships, ambulance ships, public security ships and management ships.
The maintenance and management fee of the West Lake is specially used for the maintenance and management of the West Lake. Article 8 The number plates of all kinds of ships must be fixed at designated positions, and the approved loading quota should be marked in a conspicuous place on the ship for supervision. If it is really necessary to be super-high and super-wide due to special needs, it shall be approved by the West Lake Water Police Station in advance, and corresponding measures shall be taken to ensure safety. Article 9 All kinds of ships must berth and dock at designated places. Article 10 You are not allowed to paddle to the island by hand or by yourself in the lake; Don't stay near the motorboat pier or on the fairway; Don't cross the bow of the sailing motor boat. Sports boats and pedal boats (including children's yachts) are only allowed to swim in the designated waters, and are not allowed to overload or exceed the designated boundaries. Fishing boats and sports boats shall not be used as sightseeing boats. Eleventh loading dangerous goods in the waters of the West Lake must be approved by the West Lake Public Security Bureau and issued with a transportation permit before shipment. Twelfth boats, boat model performances and competitions on the lake, as well as the organization of large-scale night tours, should be reported to the Hangzhou West Lake Water Management Office and the West Lake Water Police Station for approval in advance.
When fishing boats work collectively, the scope of work should be marked first. When operating a single fishing boat, they should pay attention to the dynamics of other ships to ensure safety. All kinds of vessels should avoid fishing boats that are fishing with nets. Thirteenth motor boats and battery boats should strictly abide by the speed limit and control the noise. Any evasive action taken against the ship should be clear, effective and implemented as soon as possible. When avoiding, the let-in ship should pay attention to the action of the let-in ship. And take corresponding measures to help avoid it.
Whatever the reason, when two ships are approaching or in an emergency, either ship should decisively take emergency avoidance measures to save the crisis.
