Chef's certificate is divided into five grades.

1, junior (national vocational qualification level 5) with more than two years of continuous service or professional training (national vocational qualification level 5)

2, intermediate (national vocational qualification level 4) continuous service for three to four years or after studying in a professional school (national vocational qualification level 4)

3, advanced (national vocational qualification level 3)

Work continuously for more than eight to twelve years or work continuously in this position for more than two years after obtaining the first-class qualification (national vocational qualification level three).

4, technician (national vocational qualification level 2)

5, senior technician (national vocational qualification level)

Applicable object: people who are engaged in or preparing to engage in occupations.

Application conditions: refers to the qualifications, training experience, work experience, certificates and other related conditions that must be possessed by the personnel who apply to participate in the professional appraisal at all levels. Occupation should be determined according to the specific situation, generally not less than the following requirements (the state has special provisions):

(1) national vocational qualification level 5/primary (meet one of the following conditions) ① has been formally trained in this vocational primary school to reach the required standard hours and obtained the graduation (completion) certificate. (2) Engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.

(2) National Vocational Qualification Level 4/Intermediate (those who meet one of the following conditions): ① After obtaining the primary vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, they reach the standard hours stipulated in the formal training of this vocational intermediate and obtain the graduation (completion) certificate. (2) After obtaining the primary vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years. (3) have been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years. (4) Obtain the vocational (professional) graduation (graduation) certificate of secondary vocational schools (including private schools) with intermediate skills as the training goal, which is verified by the administrative department of labor security.

(3) Grade III/Advanced National Vocational Qualification (those who meet one of the following conditions): ① After obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, they reach the standard hours stipulated in the formal training of this occupation and obtain the graduation (completion) certificate. (2) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years continuously after obtaining the intermediate occupation qualification certificate. (3) Obtain the graduation certificate of this occupation (major) from a senior technical school or higher vocational school recognized by the administrative department of labor and social security for the purpose of cultivating advanced skills. (4) graduates of this major or related majors have obtained the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of this occupation and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.

(4) National Vocational Qualification Level II/Technician (meeting one of the following conditions): ① After obtaining the vocational senior vocational qualification certificate, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 2 years continuously, has been trained by the professional technician to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the graduation (completion) certificate. (2) graduates of senior technical schools who have obtained vocational senior vocational qualification certificates have been engaged in this major for 2 years continuously. (3) Obtain the graduation certificate of this occupation (major) of technician college or higher vocational school approved by the administrative department of labor and social security for the purpose of cultivating technician skills.

(5) First-class/senior technician with national professional qualification (meeting one of the following conditions): ① After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional technician, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 3 years continuously, has been trained by the professional senior technician to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the graduation (completion) certificate. (2) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of this professional technician, he has been engaged in this professional work for more than 5 years.
