first of all, it should be clear that there are two kinds of primary school custody classes, depending on which category you need to handle.

First, operators use their own houses or rented houses in the community to run family workshop-style parent-agent classes, which are mainly responsible for students' lunches, which is what we usually call "small dining tables". The second is a class that is responsible for counseling students' learning.

1. A "small dining table" that provides lunch for students belongs to catering services. According to Article 29 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, catering services should be licensed according to law. You should go to the food and drug supervision and administration department for the Catering Service License. After obtaining the Catering Service License, register with the industrial and commercial authorities. If it is run in a residential area, it is necessary to submit the certificate of the use of the residence in accordance with the Property Law of the People's Republic of China, as well as the certificate issued by the local residents' committee or the owners' committee that the interested owners agree to change the residence into a business house.

ii. Learning classes for students. According to Article 25 of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the state encourages enterprises, institutions, social organizations, other social organizations and individual citizens to set up schools and other educational institutions according to law, but no organization or individual may set up schools and other educational institutions for profit.
